Welcome to Aloha Athlete a premier career development program designed to empower student-athletes to thrive beyond their sport. Led by Terri Rodriguez-Hong, a former collegiate athlete and experienced UX/UI designer with dual Master’s degrees in Fine Arts (University of Hawai‘i) and Human-Computer Interaction (Iowa State University), our program blends identity development, personal branding, and entrepreneurial experience.

At Aloha Athlete, we help student-athletes build confidence, communication skills, and career readiness through structured coaching and hands-on business learning. Our mission is to prepare them for life after college by helping them recognize their full potential and develop a portfolio of real-world experience.
