AlohaReel Privacy Policy

AlohaReel makes highlight reels on your phone. Your videos, your athletes' details, and your reels stay on your phone. We don't collect them, upload them, or see them.
There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking.
Who we are
AlohaReel is made by Aloha Athletes LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: hello@alohathletes.com.
What stays on your phone
Athlete profiles you enter: names, sports, teams, jersey numbers, and positions.
The videos you choose. AlohaReel reads them where they are in your Photos; it only makes temporary copies when your phone requires it, and deletes them when they are no longer needed.
Your finished reels, and, for 30 days after a reel is made, the parts of the videos it uses, so you can edit it. After 30 days those parts are deleted automatically.
Finding the best moments, following your athlete, and spotting the ball all happen on your phone, using its built-in tools. None of it is sent anywhere.
Deleting a reel deletes it from AlohaReel. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Copies you saved to Photos or shared stay where you put them.
What we collect
Nothing. We have no servers that receive your information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you choose to share crash reports with app developers in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may send us anonymous crash reports. They do not include your videos or athlete details.
Permissions
Photos: so you can pick game videos, and so AlohaReel can save finished reels to your Photos when you ask. You can choose which videos AlohaReel can see, and change it anytime in Settings.
Sharing
A reel leaves your phone only when you share it, for example to Messages or social media. The app or service you share to has its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details.
Children
AlohaReel is meant for parents, guardians, and coaches. Videos often show children, and those videos stay on your phone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please get permission before sharing reels that show other people's children.
Your choices and rights
Because your information stays on your phone, you control it: edit or delete athletes and reels in the app, or delete the app. If you have questions about your privacy rights where you live, write to hello@alohathletes.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date above. If AlohaReel ever starts collecting information, we will tell you in the app first.
