1:1 Mental Performance Coaching

Strengthen confidence, focus, and preparation with practical mental performance tools that help athletes reset, respond to pressure, and compete with purpose.

Train the Mind. Trust the Moment.

Athletes spend hours training their physical skills. The mental side deserves training too. Mental Performance Coaching helps athletes build practical tools for confidence, focus, preparation, handling pressure, and resetting after mistakes. Whether an athlete plays volleyball, soccer, baseball, or another sport, sessions are built around what they are experiencing right now.

Maybe they lose confidence after one mistake.
Maybe they overthink during competition.
Maybe practice looks great, but game day feels completely different.

We work on simple, repeatable strategies athletes can use before, during, and after competition.

Mental Performance Coaching can help athletes work on:

  • Confidence and self-trust

  • Game-day preparation

  • Focus and staying present

  • Resetting after mistakes

  • Handling pressure and nerves

  • Positive and productive self-talk

  • Body language

  • Communication

  • Resilience

  • Creating personal pre-performance and reset routines

The goal isn't to never feel nervous or make mistakes.

The goal is to know what to do next.

Terri is currently training with Dr. Tom Hanson through the Play Big Mental Performance Coaching Certification, applying practical mental-performance tools developed for athletes, coaches, and performers across sports and professional environments. Dr. Hanson has spent four decades in applied mental performance, including work with MLB organizations, college programs, and business leaders.
