AlohaReel Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are between you and Aloha Athletes LLC, the maker of AlohaReel. By using AlohaReel you agree to them. If you got AlohaReel from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Using AlohaReel

You may use AlohaReel on phones you own or control, for personal and family use, and for coaching or recruiting your own athletes. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to break the law. Your videos and reels Your videos and reels belong to you. We don't receive them and claim no rights to them.

You are responsible for having permission to film and share the people in your videos, especially other people's children, and for following the rules of your league, school, and venue.

Subscriptions

Some features need a subscription. Prices, plan details, and any free trial are shown before you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. You can manage or cancel in your account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

No guarantees

AlohaReel picks moments, follows athletes, and spots the ball automatically, and it can make mistakes. Please check your reel before sharing it.

AlohaReel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aloha Athletes LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost videos or data. Keep copies of videos that matter to you. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for AlohaReel in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using AlohaReel anytime by deleting it. We may stop offering the app or change it, and will try to give notice of big changes.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Aloha Athletes LLC is registered, and of the United States. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@alohathletes.com.
