A guided introduction to money, skills and responsibility build for kids, with parents involved. Junior MVP is hands-on course designed to help kids ages 10-12 discover what they're good at, learn how many works, and turn their interests into a small safe, parent-guided business idea. the program isn't about rushing kids to "grow up" its about helping them understand effort, value, and responsibility early in a way that feels achievable, confidence-building, and fun. Kids learn how to skills they already use at school, home, or activities can help others and how that effort can turn into earned income, thoughtful spending, saving, and giving. Parents stay involved every step of th way. Requirements: • Students must be between the ages 10-13 • Parent or Guardian Involvement Focus: Designed to strengthen commuication between kids and families while building independence. You learn to: • How to identify their strengths and interests • How to turn skills into helpful services • How to create a simple business idea • How to talk about their idea clearly and confidently • How to manage money using the Four Bucket (Spend, Save, Invest, Give) • How to market their service safely with parent approval • How to plan, present, and take responsibility • 1:1 Session Key outcome: This course helps kids move from "I want" to "I worked for it." Junior MVP is designed to be accessible, safe, and family supported. No prior business experience is needed.
